Presidential changes don't alter our labor movement values. We advocate for the freedom to organize and the right to collectively bargain. Solidarity strengthens when workers unite against powerful bosses and extremist politicians. We're prepared to defend our freedoms.
This election result is disappointing for workers relying on leaders to support jobs, unions, and contracts. Despite efforts, including Vice President Kamala Harris's 17-point union member advantage, economic struggles remain unaddressed by both parties.
Facing a second Donald Trump term, Project 2025 aims to weaken unions, a critical element of democracy. We've withstood such challenges before. Our mission is to protect workers' rights. The labor movement highlights worker struggles, a task we've always undertaken.
Every organized workplace, negotiated contract, and strike represents democracy's growth and resistance against wealthy bosses. Solidarity, a force no leader like Donald Trump, JD Vance, or CEO can halt, is unstoppable.

"It’s Better in a Union" isn't just a slogan; it's a means to equitable economics and security for workers.
