As Pride Month gets underway, the Teamsters Union takes this opportunity to honor and celebrate our LGBTQ+ members. Regardless of sexual orientation, we remain committed to advocating for equality and fair treatment at work throughout the year.

Our union derives its strength from the diverse collective of our rank-and-file members. Every Teamster deserves the dignity, respect, and medical inclusion provided by our contracts, and we are devoted to making sure of it.

The Teamsters Human Rights and Diversity Commission, alongside the LGBTQ+ Caucus, are tireless in empowering LGBTQ+ Teamsters. Our aim is to foster an inclusive environment for all members.
