Teamsters Welcomes Amuse Cannabis Workers

Lou Villalvazo, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 630, praised the workers for their strength and determination. He noted, "These cannabis workers chose to become Teamsters and the company recognized their voice. We're excited to negotiate a strong contract that will address their work-related concerns."

Peter Finn, Teamsters Western Region International Vice President, added, "We're working to create secure, successful careers in cannabis. That means organizing every part of the industry from cultivation to sales, and we're doing just that at Amuse."

Jose Vaca, a member of the Amuse Culver City Organizing Committee, expressed pride in being a Teamsters cannabis worker. He highlighted the importance of having a voice on the job.
