Finalizing more than three months of protests, Molson Coors Teamsters in Fort Worth, Texas, have approved a new three-year contract today. The agreement assures promising wage hikes, enhanced benefits, and reinstated retiree health care.
“Our consistent efforts have paid off. Teamsters resisted until they secured a fair contract that acknowledges their input. We don’t shy away from a fight and consistently advocate for what we merit,” stated Jeff Padellaro, head of the Teamsters Brewery, Bakery, and Soft Drink Conference.
During the strike, Teamsters executed a national boycott, pressuring the brewery conglomerate to finalize an agreement that includes 420 employees at the Texas plant.
