Key points of the agreement include:

  • Job security for all 5,000 Anheuser-Busch Teamsters
  • Hourly wage increases of $8, with an immediate $4 raise in the first year
  • A $2,500 ratification bonus for every member
  • End to two-tier health care, providing all workers with high-quality Teamster coverage
  • Increased pension contributions and benefits
  • Eight weeks maximum vacation accrual
  • Restoration of retirement benefits for active and retired members

Jeff Padellaro, Director of the Teamsters, Brewery, Bakery, and Soft Drink Conference, noted that this strong agreement ensures pay raises, improved benefits, and job security for Teamsters at Anheuser-Busch.
