The Facts -

• The bargaining committee and the Company have agreed to release time for all bargaining members to prepare and attend sessions.
• The committee's main bargaining goals include ending wage tiers at BMW RDC, historic wage increases, COLA wage protection, real profit sharing, reduced health care costs, and no concessions.
• The committee will return to the bargaining table to continue fighting for their contract and outlined other priorities such as health and safety, training, and tardiness.

During a four-hour negotiation, the Bargaining Committee finalized their first agreement with the Company. The Company waived its initial 24-hour bargaining demand. Instead, an agreement ensures all committee members (or substitutes) will have necessary time off work to attend and prepare for these sessions, regardless of duration.

The Committee then outlined your key priorities and our bargaining goals, which include:

ELIMINATING WAGE TIERS AT BMW RDC – advocating for equal pay for equal work with everyone on Tier One.

UNPRECEDENTED GENERAL WAGE INCREASES THROUGHOUT THE AGREEMENT'S DURATION.

ENSURING COLA WAGE PROTECTION.

REAL PROFIT SHARING WITHOUT COMPANY DISCRETION.

NOT JUST FREEZING HEALTH CARE COSTS, BUT REDUCING OUR MEDICAL INSURANCE EXPENSES.

NO CONCESSIONS.

Other priorities encompassed health, safety, training, tardiness, and several other subjects important to you.
