Her academic background includes a degree in Islamic civilization and societies from Boston College and a doctorate in political science focused on military effectiveness and social unrest.

AFSBn-Mannheim is in charge of receiving, storing, and issuing APS-2 at the Coleman worksite, which was previously slated to be returned to the German government. The AFSBn-Germany is set to assume mission command of the APS-2 worksite as part of the 405th AFSB’s regional alignment and transformation initiative.

The 405th AFSB's APS-2 program offers ready-to-deploy power projection packages while reducing equipment needed from the deploying forces’ home stations. APS-2 sites aid in decreasing deployment timelines and improving deterrence capabilities, making them vital for contingency operations.
