This initiative has allocated over $17 million to 56 diverse projects, reinforcing the state's commitment to community development.

The Main Street Matters program, introduced in the fiscal year 2024, has seen remarkable progress, with a cumulative award of more than $34 million to 137 projects statewide. Governor Shapiro emphasized the importance of these investments, stating that they are essential for strengthening local economies and fostering community spirit.
