GoJet Flight Attendants Secure Contract with Wage and Benefit Boosts
GoJet Airlines Flight Attendants Secure New Contract with Enhanced Benefits
WASHINGTON (August 14, 2025) — The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA) has announced that GoJet Airlines Flight Attendants have successfully ratified a new contract. This agreement introduces wage increases and additional enhancements over the contract's span, which include a notable boarding pay trigger and an option for reduced on-call reserve durations.
This newly ratified contract benefits over 150 Flight Attendants at GoJet, featuring significant pay raises, higher per diem rates, guaranteed minimum pay, and improved schedule flexibility. A notable addition is the introduction of the first contractual boarding pay in the regional sector.
Melissa Higgins, AFA GoJet President, stated, “While GoJet Flight Attendants continue to work flights branded as United Airlines, we deserve to solidify significant pay increases, boarding pay, and benefits that our mainline counterparts across the industry are seeing. This new tentative agreement ensures aviation’s first responders at GoJet are receiving the benefits we deserve and lifting up standards for regional Flight Attendants.”
The contract was overwhelmingly supported, with 90% of the voters in favor, and a participation rate of 70% was recorded.
GoJet Airlines, headquartered in Bridgeton, Missouri, operates 53 CRJ-550 aircraft exclusively for United Airlines. The airline maintains Flight Attendant bases in Newark, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and St. Louis.
