In a significant move to bolster electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, Francis Energy has announced an enhancement of its charging facilities at Crest Fresh Market in Norman, Oklahoma. This upgrade, funded by GoodFinch, a prominent asset management firm specializing in energy market transitions, marks the beginning of a larger project to incorporate Tesla's advanced technology into the Francis Energy Network.
The refurbished site now features Tesla's cutting-edge technology, which promises not only improved reliability and streamlined navigation planning but also a superior charging experience for all EV users. The V4 Superchargers, now operational at the Norman location, are equipped with the Magic Dock. This built-in adapter supports both CCS1 and NACS fast charging, ensuring compatibility with all new EV models available in the U.S.
“This upgrade marks an important milestone for Francis Energy as we continue to invest in best-in-class charging solutions for our customers,” said Seth Christ, CSO at Francis Energy. “By integrating Tesla hardware into our network, we are enhancing the driver experience today for all EV drivers across our network, and as the industry continues to grow, the infrastructure will be there to support it.”

This site in Norman is only the first of a series of Supercharger updates that Francis Energy intends to implement in Oklahoma and beyond in the coming months.
