ATI Flight Attendants Ratify New Contract with Wage Increases and Bonuses
ATI Flight Attendants Secure New Contract with Enhanced Benefits
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Flight Attendants at Air Transport International (ATI), under the representation of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), have successfully ratified a new four-year contract. The agreement was approved by 70% of voters, with a participation rate of 93.1%.
The newly ratified contract delivers immediate financial benefits including a substantial double-digit wage increase and a signing bonus. Additionally, Flight Attendants will see improvements in compensation for deadhead travel on international routes. These enhancements place ATI Flight Attendants at the top tier for hourly rates among charter operators.
Kristen Hillman, President of ATI-AFA Council 2, stated, “This agreement recognizes the professionalism of our Flight Attendants while supporting the airline’s long-term success. Flight Attendants need and deserve the improvements in this agreement and we’re ready to implement them and feel them.”
Air Transport International, headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, operates as a global charter airline, offering services in freight forwarding, government and military contracts, as well as high-value animal transportation.
The Association of Flight Attendants represents over 55,000 Flight Attendants and is part of the larger Communications Workers of America (CWA), AFL-CIO, which boasts a membership of 700,000. The AFA focuses entirely on advancing the interests and working conditions of Flight Attendants across the industry. More information is available at www.afacwa.org.
