From September 15 to October 15, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters proudly observes Hispanic Heritage Month. This period is dedicated to acknowledging the significant impact that Hispanic Teamsters have made, celebrating the progress achieved in workers' rights and job dignity due to their efforts.

The union's strength is deeply rooted in the diverse membership of Teamsters across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The Teamsters Human Rights and Diversity Commission, alongside the Teamsters Hispanic Caucus, actively works to empower Hispanic Teamsters and their families in the workplace. Their efforts are evident as Hispanic Teamsters take on pivotal roles in organizing, negotiating robust contracts, and reinforcing the union's mission.
