- Peoria: A $6.2 million investment to replace the chlorine gas disinfection system with a safer liquid chlorine alternative at the water treatment plant.
- Streator: A $3.5 million upgrade to water treatment filters aimed at improving efficiency and reducing water usage during filter cleaning operations.
- Godfrey: A $2.8 million enhancement to the Warren Levis Wastewater Lagoon Berm to address erosion issues from the Rocky Fork Creek.
- Homer Township: A $1.5 million project to rehabilitate roughly 10,000 feet of wastewater pipes, improving system reliability during rain events.
- Wastewater Treatment & System Improvements: Over $77 million allocated for upgrades, including disc filter installations and chemical system improvements across multiple facilities.
