These individuals, responsible for the production of instrument and door panels for major automobile manufacturers such as Ford, GM, Stellantis and PACCAR, endeavored to unionize following enduring years of subpar working conditions and little respect.

Shipping and receiving worker at Antolin, Jarrod Yost, highlighted the workers' commitment to the UAW to unite against management, improve collaboration, and gain due respect.

Materials worker James Matheny expressed satisfaction with the successful unionization efforts at Antolin Howell. He stated that the workers endured losses due to the company's policies, including reduced weekly hours for days off or holidays and favoritism. As union members, they can now demand a fair contract and success for all parties involved.

Lanita Wilson, a production worker, expressed relief at the union's assistance, hoping for a contract that ensures stable rules in the workplace.
