Norse Atlantic Airways' U.S. Flight Attendants Reach Tentative Contract Agreement

WASHINGTON (April 1, 2025) — A tentative agreement has been reached by U.S.-based flight attendants of Norse Atlantic Airways, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, marking their second contract with the airline.

The agreement promises enhanced job security and boosts in total compensation, including the highest per diem rate in the industry. Additional terms include increased sick days, a uniform allowance, and improved scheduling.

"While our Flight Attendants continue to deliver critical services for Norse Atlantic, this tentative agreement builds on our historic pre-hire agreement and job security, the highest per diem in the industry, regular wage increases, and more benefits," stated Norse AFA President Katarzyna Mroczek.

The proposed contract will be subject to a vote by Norse Flight Attendants starting April 14th.

Norse Atlantic Airways, a Norwegian budget airline, operates long-haul flights with bases at JFK and MIA. Founded in February 2021, its fleet comprises Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft servicing routes between Europe and North America, including cities such as Berlin, London, Oslo, and Paris.
