This venture, a collaboration between OpenAI, Oracle, and SoftBank, involves a substantial investment potentially reaching $500 billion. The newly formed entity, Stargate, is tasked with constructing essential data centers and generating the electricity needed for AI advancements in Texas. The initial funding injection is anticipated to be $100 billion, with projections indicating a total investment up to five times that amount.
