Washington, D.C. – July 14, 2024
North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) President Sean McGarvey issued the following statement:
“The shooting at the Trump rally was awful. NABTU unequivocally stands against political violence. Our organization, along with our international affiliates and state and local councils, are relieved he is safe. Our hearts are with the loved ones of the innocent spectator who perished, those injured, as well as those traumatized by this horrific act. America must stand strong together against such violence.”
