Altius Renewable Royalties Finalizes Deal with Northampton

Altius Renewable Royalties Corp.  announced the completion of its plan of arrangement with Royal Aggregator LP, an affiliate of Northampton Capital Partners LLC. Northampton acquired all outstanding common shares of ARR, except 17,937,339 shares owned by Altius Minerals Corporation, for C$12.00 each.

Registered shareholders will receive their payment after submitting the letter of transmittal and relevant documents to TSX Trust Company. Copies of the letter are available at Suite 301, 100 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, and on SEDAR+. For payment inquiries, contact TSX Trust Company at 1-866-600-5869 or tsxtis@tmx.com. Non-registered shareholders should consult their intermediaries.

The shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange within three days and removed from OTCQX soon after. ARR plans to apply to cease being a reporting issuer in Canada.
